Acrobat cannot open this file while printing another document

Hello,

  We have a software application which displays pdf files in IE plugin.

One of the users is receiving error saying 'Acrobat cannot open this file while printing another document'.

This happens when user tries to print document.

Issue is not consistent and happens randomly. (Once in a day etc).

requesting help on this issue.
