Dear Sir or Madam, I have been using until recently the export PDF function within adobe document cloud without any problem, converting complex as well as simple PDF files to WORD files. All of the sudden, this is no longer working, even trying to convert back into WORD PDF files I have created myself from within WORD. I suspect that something has happened, considering that my yearly subscription to the export PDF function is active. Could you kindly help me? Thanks

Hi Stefano,

If the subscription is closed, I am afraid you won't be able to use the services. If you want, you can resubscribe it. And sign out from Reader and sign back in with your Adobe ID and password(email through which you are subscribed ).

If you resubscribe, you can also use the services through https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

Give us a shout if you need any assistance with Acrobat/Reader in future or Document Cloud services.

Regards,

Anand Sri.

Hello Stefanov,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to use the Adobe ExportPDF service, Is that correct?

I have checked the record and found that the Adobe ExportPDF service on your current Adobe ID is in a canceling  state. And this is the reason you are not able to use the service with the free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Please login on Adobe.com with your Adobe ID and password, and select Manage account>Plans and Products and check the status of the subscription. You can also refer to Manage your Creative Cloud membership  || Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/manage-cc-individual-membership.html#Viewupgradeorcha...

You may also contact the Adobe Support team on Contact Customer Care  || Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

I have also shared the direct contact number of Adobe support via private message, please check your email inbox.

Hope this helps, and let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Anand Sri.

Dear Anand, thank you very much for your reply. Please note that the reason for the service not working is not because it is in a cancelling state. I have decided to cancel my subscription precisely because the service was no longer working at all. As such, when you have checked it, it was already too late.

Regards

Stefano
