cannot draw line, rectangle, oval in adobe reader in macOS

I am using adobe reader DC. I try to draw in PDF by using drawing tool under comment function. I cannot draw line, arrow, rectangle and oval, but can draw the connected line, clould, ploygon.

You showed that it's set to Auto-Detect. You should try disabling it instead.
