The freezes while playing animations embedded in PDF file

I am currently writing a book with embedded animations of university physics. This book is completely produced in LaTeX and the end result is a .PDF file. In my work I use three computers with different operating systems macOS (BigSur 11.6), Windows10 and Arch-Linux.

A couple of weeks ago I noticed that AdobeReader for macOS freezes when playing animations. And the animations play AcrobatReader for Windows 10 perfectly, even on Linux (using the Wine platform).

I'm sure this happens since the last update, a couple of weeks ago.
