When I click on the Fill & Sign link the PDF diappears

When I click on the Fill & Sign link in a PDF the form disappears. Using Acrobat Reader DC, Windows 7.

    Hi Paulo65358095,

    As explained above, the form disappears which shouldn't happen generally. Have you checked with a different file?

    • If not, then you may check with the other file once.
    • Also, reboot the computer and check again.
    • If that doesn't fix the problem then check the update of the Acrobat Reader. Launch Reader>Help>Check for update

    Let us know if none of them works.

    Hello,

    I installed the latest update, rebooted computer and still unable to use Fill & Sign. In fact, in addition to not being able to use Fill & Sign, the PDF also disappears when I click the Send for Signature link and the Send & Track link.

    Have you checked with the other file to test the same?

    Would that be possible for you to share this file with us? Would like to test the same at our end whether problem is with the file or the application.

    Have shared the email address to which you need to send the file.
