Why is there no "Open PDFs automatically" button.

  Last week PDFs have started openning automatically whenever they were downloaded. I searched far and wide on the internet and found out that for some reason the button "Open PDFs automatically in Reader when they are downloaded in Chrome browser" does not exist for me while it does for other users. Its propably some new update I recieved, while they didn't. Why would this be enabled by default and why don't I have the right to disable it. Who thought it was a good idea to remove this button, but have it enabled.

  This problem only appears in Chrome and not every single time I download it. I can't figure out what's the cause of it happening, other than that im using Chrome. I can't be bothered switching Browsers, cuz of this simple problem, I would rather delete Acrobat.

  Is anyone aware of a solution? Maybe some kind of script or file to change? You can see a screenshot of my settings below:
