Hi,
I want to link my OneDrive to Adobe Acrobat on Android but it gives this message: Failed to link OneDrive, please contact IT admin for consent.
I don't think I have a problem with my account because I can connect the same OneDrive account to Acrobat Reader on Windows and it works properply.
I hope you can help me find a solution.

Hi,
Hope you are doing well.
We are sorry, you're having difficulties. Please help me with few details to understand your issue better.
- Make and model of your device?
- Application version?
- Do you have premium subscription? To check please refer : https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/ios/en/troubleshooting.html?highlight=about
- Could you share the screenshot of error message?
We did try to replicate the behavior on our end, however, it is working fine. Make sure your application is updated. Do save your work then try to sign out and sign in back. Reboot your device.
Note: Ensure you are connected to the internet.

I'd like to add that I am also having this problem linking in a personal one drive account to my Android phone (Samsung Galaxy S8+) running Android 9. I do have the latest Adobe Reader version 21.9.019548 and I have tried to reinstall and also cleared all data/cache.
I also get the error "Failed to link OneDrive, please contact IT admin for consent"
I did contact my local IT admin which my OneDrive account is linked to and they said they cannot see a problem.
I have also successfully linked my iPad Adobe reader to the same OneDrive account with no issues.
Attached is a screenshot of the error:

Problem is exactly the same as always despite newest version. I like numerous other people have already provided you these details in our posts. In fact I just updated to the newest version on Android 21.11.0.20700 and the problem still exists. I can't believe that a company as big as Adobe can have an issue like this unresolved despite almost 4 months.

More than 4 months. I can't link my school's OneDrive to my phone, but works great on my PC. Samsung A22 with latest version installed.

Answering questions with questions doesn't help. It's the new standard in tech.... "is your app updated" etc. The 12 year old in me wants to reply "omg I totally forgot... I'm still on Android Kit Kat thanks so much". MSG TO ADOBE: IT DOESN'T WORK. WE PAY FOR DC PRO WHICH PROMISES A MOBILE APP FOR ANDROID CAPABLE OF SYNCING WITH ONE DRIVE AND IT DOES NOT.

Sorry for the delayed response. If you are still facing the issue, could you follow the steps provided in this help document and confirm if that works?
https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Mobile/onedrive.html
Also, can you also try once by providing the consent via the Azure Portal rather than doing it within the app?
Thanks,
Harsh

Hi Harsh,
I'm having the very exact problem. As a matter of fact, my whole institution (Universidad San Francisco de Quito) is having the same problem. The IT department has checked on this and not even them, who are the admins, can sync OneDrive with Adobe in an Android device. We have followed all your recomendations in this forum.
Best,
Lucas

Hello,
Sorry for the trouble.
It could be an issue with the connector, which syncs OneDrive with Acrobat Reader Mobile. If you have OneDrive installed on your, please try the below steps:
1. Sign out from Acrobat Reader Mobile and OneDrive;
2. Restart the device;
3. Sign in back to Acrobat first without signing in to the OneDrive application and then try to sync with OneDrive.
Let me know if this works.
Thanks,
Souvik.

Hi Souvik,
Thanks for the quick response. I just did how you told me to but it didn't work, unfortunately. Is there any other way to fix this? The IT department is reaching Microsoft to see if the problem is on their side.
Best,
Lucas

@Gordan6C19 Hi,
Are both the applications up to date on the Play Store or the Galaxy Store? Could be an issue with the version.
Thanks,
Souvik.

Hi Souvik,
At my institution, we were able to fix this problem with the help of the people at Microsoft. They had to scale the problem to a department with more clearance in order to fix it. And it took a while...
Best,
Lucas

Sorry for the trouble.
Have you tried allowing the permissions from the below link:
This should redirect you to allow sign-in using Acrobat Reader Mobile. You should generally see the page as shown in the below screenshot.
Once here, log in using the admin credentials, provide the necessary approval, and then check if you can log in.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks,
Souvik.
