Hi Shannon,
Hope you are doing well. I am sorry to hear that you are unable to cancel your Adobe free trial.
Would you mind sharing the error that you get when trying to cancel the subscription? A screenshot of the error would be great.
Also, you can try contacting the store provider through which you have subscribed [ play store if you use android device / app store if you use an iOS device ]
Depending upon the device type you are using, please click the links to get a detailed page as to how to proceed with cancellation:
1. Through google play store: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid
2. Through Apple App Store: https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT202039
Let me know if this helps.
Regards,
Souvik.

Hello Gary,
I am sorry for the experience. However, mobile subscriptions are something that are handled by your store operator and not Adobe directly. I would suggest you to kindly get in touch with store depending upon the device platform you are using so that you can get a better assistance.
You can click on the below links to get a better idea about how to proceed with it:
For Android: Subscription Services — Acrobat for Android Help (adobe.com)
For iOS: Manage Subscriptions — Acrobat for iOS Help (adobe.com)
Hope this answers your query.
Thanks,
Souvik.

Hello,
Sorry for the delayed response.
So, a mobile-based subscription can be canceled directly from the subscriptions option on the store you are using.
For Google Play Store:
For Apple AppStore:
For Galaxy Store:
After logging in to Galaxy Store, tap “Menu,” tap “Subscriptions,” select the app from the list, then tap “Unsubscribe” to cancel the subscription.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks,
Souvik.

Hi Souvik_98,
I also faced the same issue. I did not find any way to cancel the subscription of acrobat. I already contacted apple store advisor, but he could not detect the subscription on my iphone. But on acrobat app, clearly stated that i am on acrobat premium subscription. Thus, he asked me to check with app developer to cancel it. I attached the screenshots too for your reference.

Thanks for sharing the details. It seems you are logged in using a different email address in both Acrobat and AppStore.
Would you mind trying the steps:
Go to Profile-> Subscriptions-> Manage Subscriptions.
You should be redirected to the AppStore page to modify or cancel. If your account is different, you should see a pop-up.

Hi @SRee36038503ngss, thanks for writing in!
If the subscription has been purchased from Adobe's site directly, you can check the self-serve article for more info on cancellation: How to cancel Adobe trial or subscription.
Hope this helps.

What kind of outfit charges apprx 73 dollars per month on something i never purchased . For three months I have tryed to cancel whatever the subscription was for . Everywhere i search there is nothing about me except for a email address .Everytime i try to cancel i go in a cycle and cant even contact Adobe . If this the way this so called site runs their affairs they will never get a good recomention from me . I have never seen such a firm that is so badly run I paid the premium the fist month thinking itwas an error . Then when i tryed to find out what is going on it was impossible . Month two same story . Month three same story I am a senior citizen with a big mouth , how dare they treat customers as idiots .

Literally have the same problem as you. Did not know that I was subscribed to Adobe until I was suddenly randomely charged for the monthly plan. Tried to cancel it but apparently it took $70 to cancel it. (WTF??) Now I am stuck being subscribed to a plan that I never even use and only intended to use for the free trial.

Hello, Sorry for the delayed response. Please contact your store through which the Acrobat subscription was purchased to avail of the refund.
Mobile-based subscriptions are handled by store support and not by Adobe directly.

Block your card and get another one from your bank.
That's my only solution...

Its a scam. Im trying to cancel since the Enterprise Plan has f**kall apps.
They deliberately hide that hide it from people.
I haven't been able to access any of the apps. All I get is more and more crap apps to try or buy.
