Exportador de Arquivos PDF não funciona

Comprei e instalei hoje o Exportador PDF mas o mesmo não funciona. Desejo cancelar o serviço e recuperar meu dinheiro. Como devo proceder?

1- Select Account issues

3- Select the Payments option and then click on "Show me my contact options".
