One of my files is no longer opening up. Can you please help me with this? It has all my notes for a course!

    Hi Sohaib,

    I would love to help! Can you please tell me what happens when you try to open the file? Is a PDF file? And where are you trying to open it? If you get an error message, please let me know what it is, so we can get to the bottom of the problem.

    Hi Sara,

    I used the send link option and reopened it and then redownloaded it. It

    seems to be working in this version. I don't know why the original file

    stopped working though

    I'm not sure why the original one stopped working either! But, I'm glad to hear that you're up and running. If the problem reappears, please let us know. I'd love to take a closer look at one of those files!
