Trying to create a link for PDF via Send and Track.

I keep getting an error message after it appears to have completed uploading to the Cloud.

    Hi David,

    Sorry to hear the inconvenience caused.

    As mentioned, that you are getting the error message when trying to create a link for pdf. So is there any specific error message that you have been receiving?

    I assume you are following the exact same steps suggested here- Using Adobe Send & Track

    If you are accessing the service online via  https://cloud.acrobat.com/send  and through a specific web browser, then you may try a different web browser to see if that helps or makes any changes.
