There are multiple XHR requests on page. can you specify which request should we try giving you HAR.
Further, there is no provision to attach files that I can see in editor. The paste content for a sample request is too long to paste here. the page hangs.
Thanks for your response. I'd try generating the HAR files from the browser you use to access Adobe Express. Once you download it, try uploading it to a cloud storage link and share that link with us to download and investigate the logs.

@Tarun Saini You probably didnt understand. In network tabs the page makes multiple requests. All requests will have separate HAR. This corresponds the same tab that is opening adobe express. I hope you will check browser on your own before suggesting.

Go to control panel->Windows Defender Firewall->Advanced Setting->Outbound Rules->Enable Rule to 'Adobe Unlicensed Pop-up'. Let me know if it helped you ....
