can't access libraries

The page hangs every time we try to access the libraries page (https://new.express.adobe.com/your-stuff/libraries) or to access libraries from within a project.

Did this ever get resolved? I am having the same issue recently. Libraries are fine in all other Adobe apps, but Express (on the web, app, even mobile, different devices) hangs and goes unresponsive trying to access libraries.
