It may help to check if you have cleared your browser cache/cookies yet. Sometimes, that can fix unexpected issues. If not, using a different browser/incognito mode might work too.

I have had several people try to assist, and they can not replicate the problem. I can only download my pdf as individual pdfs and then have to combine them in adobe acrobat. None of my other designs are having this problem.
Please share details of which browser you're using and include a screen recording so we can see where the issue might be. This will help us better understand where the problem might be.
