Anything affecting access to essential network endpoint — ad-blockers (including those built into browsers like Brave), strict Firewall settings, network proxies, custom DNS servers — can affect Express functionality. If you are using these, please make sure that the network endpoints listed on https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html are allowed.

I just lost it. Had it last night and it was gone this morning. I tried duplicating, clearing cache, checking for software updates, restarted my computer. No luck. Still no option to download. Please fix asap!

I've tried clearing cache/cookies, using another browser (chrome and safari), using incognito mode, and the download button refuses to appear -- this is incredibly frustrating
