Drag and drop file message

When importing new images and files to document, the shaded drag and drop message for files will not go away no matter what you do. Closing and opening, restarting the program, creating new file, nothing makes the message go away. My coworker is also having the same issue with hers.

I'm so sorry you're experiencing trouble! I can't replicate this currently. 

Would you mind trying to clear your cache and cookies, update your browser, or give incognito mode a whirl?
