File Download

I am trying to download my project and it continues to give me an error that the file download is in progress. This has been going on for two days now. I have a couple of students that this is happening too. We have tried to clear cache/cookies. Sign out of Chrome, refreshed the browser, and removed the student profile on the devices. Also I am trying this on my device and the error is still occurring.

Please share the type of file format you are trying to download. Is it happening with one particular file or all the files the students are trying to download?
