Issues creating a link

Hello all,

I'm having a slight issue in trying to publish an Adobe Express page that I've created. I do this on a weekly basis (it's a newsletter for where I work) and have had no issues in the past. I'm using the new version, and this has been okay up until now. 

Last Friday, I tried to publish the latest edition, and had no joy when I pressed the 'create link' button. As you'll know, usually when you do this, you get the link, the embed code etc, all of which is shareable. However, since Friday, all I've had is a small white box with nothing in it.

I have tried this in different browsers and on two different computers (a PC and a Mac) and had the same results.

I've tried duplicating it and sharing that one, but with that one all I get is a message saying 'an error occured while downloading your file. Please try again'. 

I've attached images of both to show what I mean.

I'd be grateful if anyone could suggest anything that might be able to fix this, as the next one needs to go out this Friday! Thanks
