Not responding

When I attempt to add a background to a project I'm working on, the files are not uploading. This is very frustrating, and I can't finish a project successfully. I pay for Premium and I'm not getting the full premium experience. I've been having this same issue for quite some time! Please help...

Are you trying to upload an image from your computer for the background? Does the file just not upload or do you get an error message? Any screenshots to show the problem would be useful. What browser and operating system do you have, and do you meet the system requirements here:
