"Internal Server Error" in Animate Characters

I have been trying to make short, animated videos from voice files using the "Animate Characters" feature but keep receiving the error message: "We were unable to contact our service. Please try again later. (Error code: INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR)."

This feature still isn't working. I've cleared my browser cache, tried different browsers, restarted my browsers, and restarted my computer, tried different audio files, but nothing has worked. I continue to get the same error message every time. I tried the customer service suggestions, didn't help. Let them know in July that it didn't work, never heard back. It is now October. And, I still get the same error.

hello guys, today i have same problem, my audio file is m4a cannot use in adobe animate, so i convert my audio to mp3 and thats work! maybe you can try that way

I am having the same issue. I have been trying for three data to animate a voice recording. I am grtting Internal Error Message over and over and over and over...
