Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Does refreshing make any difference? Are you able to close and reopen the file. Is this error appearing when you try to perform a specific process, i.e. download?

I can open and close the file, but when I open the file, the error message comes up. so I go through a loop of opening the file closing the file open the file closing the file. I have rebooted my devices both devices that I use Adobe express on for this file and now I can open it and it doesn't come up with a the error message until I try to play the video and then when I play the video that's when the error message pops up
