How can we give the new Adobe Express another chance if we can't even use it. I opened Adobe Express at 8:00am this morning. It is not 9:22am, and the image you see below is still there. IT IS STILL "GETTING EVERYTHING READY...."
I HAVE A PRESENTATION TO DO TODAY, AND I NEED TO PRINT THE POSTER I CREATED. I CANNOT DO THAT BECAUSE STUDPID ADOBE EXPRESS IS NOT WORKING. THANK YOU!!!!

I cannot upload PDF's nor Adobe video links into my Adobe Express files as these are "not supported". I don't understand as these are both Adobe program files? It seems absurd.

Sorry to hear you are running into this "Getting everything ready" issue. Could you share your adobe id (email that you sign in with) so I may look into associate logs. Feel free to DM me if you prefer.
As a workaround, could you try another browser or incognito window?

Images look fine in edit mode, but then when I publish my page they are blurry and look terrible. What is going on?

I can't even figure out how to make pull images over from Lightroom. That should be one of the most straightforward functions. Not using this mess.

Every time I export artwork any logos or elements imported with transparency become jagged, no matter how they are inserted (AI / EPS / PNG)
Really, really frustrating issue, how a product goes out where you can't even export artwork with a crisp logo is surprising.

I have noticed that Photo Grids with more than 20 photos on webpages will often cause the page to not save correctly. It is incredibly slow to upload images. When making changes while a >20 photo grid is still processing it will not auto save correctly and when publishing many of the images will be missing. The Old Express did not have this problem and was one of the main advantages for me using it over Microsoft Sway. Has anybody else noticed reduced performance?

Adobe Express just simply will not open my projects. I assume it's because I can't afford the other plans.

Could you create a separate post about the issue you are seeing (Adobe Express just simply will not open my projects) with as much detail as possible (screenshots, error message etc.)

I just noticed that New Express has implemented automatic redirects for webpages however this isn't working correctly. When duplicating a webpage it will automatically redirect the publish url to a previous project instead of keeping its uniqiue URL, there is no option to disable it.

The curved text has now come back. It should come up right in front of you when you click on text in the editor. works very well for me. but the par that everyones says about the app running slow is something that they need to fix

I have used Adobe Spark for a few years and it worked very well. Whilst I can expect a few bugs on a new platform the update is almost unusable and has been for quite some time. Could we have a date when the bugs will be addressed?

What happened to Adobe Express. I am on their website and find that none of my projects are editable anymore! It's as if all my projects are frozen. Nothing works, I can't edit any layers and the Templates are totally greyed out. This is hugely frustrating and there seems to be no help at all from Adobe. Really, really infuriating!

100 percent agree. It's no longer intuitive and I can't even edit the script anymore. The script box is no where to be found. The site is laggy as hell. UNUSABLE. PLEASE REVERT.

The new version supports "inline" text editing; you don't need an external "script box" to edit text.

webpage view count is on the sharing pop up. Silly place to put it IMO, administrators now need to open every webpage to view updated view counts
