Unable to download PDF from Adobe Express Desktop Version.

Hi, someone please tell me why the file does not download from Adobe Express Project, when i try to download in a pdf format, it keeps loading and loading. Someone please tell me the solution.

Hi! Sorry to hear you’re having trouble downloading PDFs from Adobe Express on desktop. To help troubleshoot:

  • Which browser and version are you using?

  • Have you tried clearing your browser cache or using a different browser?

  • Is the file large or contains many pages?

Meanwhile, try exporting the PDF as separate pages and downloading them individually to see if that works.

Hello I am having the same issue. It is only a two page PDF. I have used two different browsers with no luck and tried to download as separate pages.

As a quick workaround, try duplicating the project and downloading the copy, this often resolves temporary issues. If the problem persists, let us know if you see an error message or if it freezes at a certain point. We're here to help!

I am having this issue also, i have 4 pages to convert to PDF, have tried different browsers, clearing the cache and downloading as seperate pages, each time it gets to 90% and freezes the download.

I'm having a variation of this problem too. I have a file containing six charts, which I can download as jpegs and pngs, but not pdfs. When I attempt to download a pdf, the progress window goes from 0% straight to 100% with nothing in between, but no download happens. Nothing.

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Did you get any error messages? If so, can you share a screenshot of the error? Which platform are you using? Is it on desktop or mobile? Did you try downloading the file in bothe platform to check if you're getting the same results?

 

Also, have you tried the steps mentioned above to try duplicating the file?

Thanks for getting back to me. No, there were no error messages, and I’m using Safari on an iMac. 
What do you mean by ‘both platform’? And I’m not sure what you mean by ’the steps mentioned above to try duplicating the file’ (the only step you mention is downloading in ‘both platform’). I don’t want to duplicate the file – I simply want to be able to download it once.

Hello, I have a problem with Adobe Express. I've been working on a project for a few days, and I could always download the project and see how it works at any time. However, now that I've finished it, I can't download the file. Every time it stops at 20% and an error message pops up. Please, I need help. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a solution on the forum.

Please let us know if this issue comes with all the video project exports or just this one. Also, can you try to export a video project with no Adobe stock assets in it? You can use all your assets to make a project to test this.

The same thing is happening with me (stuck on PDF download at 90%). When I try downloading a png, it is either a corrupt file or blank. This is frustrating!
