P: Blank screen after selection option

Hey, just got my "You're In" email - can log in fine and see the options - Text to Image etc, but clicking any just takes me to an empty white browser screen. Have tried hard refresh and incognito. Have also tried in Edge and Chrome but same end result.

 

Do I need to wait it out?

In the usual case, there should never have been any entries in this file for Adobe hosts and this file should not be edited.

To help our team investigate, please to go into their browser console and look in the Console tab. Copy/paste what's in there and send it over. We're mostly looking for anything that's in red in the console. To access the console:

  • Win Chrome: More Tools > Developer Tools.
  • Mac Chrome: View > Developer > JavaScript Console.
  • Win Firefox: hamburger menu > More Tools > Web Developer Too

Hi, after the login and after choosing an option between text to image or generative fill or any of those, it gives me a white screen without loading anything.. it keeps showing me the white screen on all my pc browsers, i already tried to delete caches and temp files and remove all the extensions on chrome but nothing.. on my mobile phone works perfectely with the same account..error.png

Whenever I click on "Generate" on any option (Text to image, text effect, etc.) the next page doesn't load, its just a white blank page.

This is happening for multiple days now, I am unable to use the tools.

Just a update.... I am able to use the apps when opening in mobile but not able to use the apps in desktop browser, chrome, opera, edge,etc. tried everything but not working.

Update:  I'm using opera gx with the vpn on and it works fine.. it seems to be a connection error..

When accessing any function through the "Generate" button, a new window opens, but it is a white page!

In a similar way it also takes place in the other functions currently active on the Beta version site ... so it is impossible for me to make an evaluation of the potential of the product.

Now this may or may not be related, but it's weird if it's not. This, my main PC, has had Windows reinstalled on it within the last month, and I finally got round to installing Creative Cloud on it and guess what, that won't load either. Perpetual white screen and then a message saying "seems to be taking longer than normal" but never loads so I can't use that on here either.
For clarity, it is only Adobe stuff I am having these problems with. I wonder if the pirates have the same issues or whether it is just paying customers...

i am actually having an issue that when I open the Firefly web Page it opens but when i click on any of the options related  "text to the image" or "Generative fills" or any other option it does not load the next page because it shows a blank white page.

Hey Everyone, I also faced the same issue and after almost a month of facing this I sucessfully fixed it. The issue is with the "Firewall and Network Protection" settings. Reset the firewall and it should be fixed. It worked for me, it might work for you as well.
