P: Cannot upload reference image [merged thread]

I’m currently unable to upload photos to Firefly for editing, despite the service working for only about a week and a half. Considering the cost, this disruption is unacceptable. Please address this issue promptly or provide a full refund.

I can't upload any reference images to any of the Firfly AI models. The other models are fine.

This is a possible workaround. The concept is the same as Firefly w more flexiblity.

Despés de mucho tiempo sin utilizar firefly he vuelto a tener el mismo problema.

No puedo adjuntar imagenes de referencia. No funciona ni al crear imágenes de texto a imagen ni al editar una fotografía.

Qué se puede hacer???

Me auto respondo. El problema aparece en firefox (sin bloqueador d anuncio).

En Chrome sí funciona. Pero no me gusta este navegador...

No existe soporte de firefly para firefox?

Todo en mac.

i have fix it by using paint.net open image in it and save it as jpg, or other format you are currently using then upload saved file

Everytime I try to upload a still image to use as a reference to generate a video, it just never shows it has uploaded. It's just a regular jpg.
