Received the "You're In" Email but having access issues

I got my official invitation, clicked on the link, logged on and seemingly got in with the "You're In" website. When I follow the "click here" link to the Firefly site, it presents options to generate images and text effects. But those don't actually work. The website just takes me to a generic site with an intro video and a "request access" button. Any idea what's amiss here?

We have identified that some users who used social signup (Apple, Google, Facebook) to create or access their Adobe account are unable to access Firefly. To quickly remedy this issue, please create a new Adobe account using an email address/password (not one of the social signin options). Once you have created your new account, please fill out the form again and provide the email address associated with your new account. We will process these

Still waiting for a resolution. I filled in the form as asked but have had no feedback about it. I also updated my email to match the one I used to request it but still nothing.

I got the you're in email but cannot access like the others here. Using the same account. I've filled out the form reporting the bug. How long before this has been resolved for others (if it has)?

Was accepted and could not access. Applied again, got accept email and STILL can't log in. 

I've been a paying Creative Cloud subscriber from its introduction. PLEASE guys, get your act together!

Hey Tracy,

 

Hope you are well. I'm having the same issue. The correct email is registered to the account and i received the email to say 'you're in.' But when going to the site and logging in, access still doesn't grant and the button, 'request access' remains. 

 

Would be great if you have time to assist.

I've been unable to log in since getting my "You're in" email over a month ago. My email addresses match, I've gone through all the troubleshooting steps, and filled out all the forms posted here and in the Discord group. I did reply to a DM inquiry from an Adobe staffer several days ago, but have not received any reply or resolution to my situation. I am a longtime  Creative Cloud customer and this is not what I am used to expecting from Adobe. Please let me know what my next steps should be. Thanks!

Hi, I have also received the "You're in" email on March 26, however, still unable to access the beta. Sign-in-out and hard-refresh have been tried several times. Please resolve the problem.

My account is a company one. My adobe ID is different than my actual email address as i had an issue during setting up that messed things up. I changed my adobe ID to now match my email address but i still can't get in.

Hello Tracy,

I received the "you are in" email on 27 March 2023. But I cannot access it.

According to do problem:

I tried to check mail-it is match

I tried to clean cookies and re-sign in: it didn't work

I tried to send an email to you. However there is no answer.

I tried to fill out the link which you have shared in here: There is no answer again.

I tried to sign up again: There is no solution again.

Finally, I am writing here and I hope I can get better results. Because this situation doesn't make me feel satisfied as a user of Adobe cc - Adobe stock for many years.
