Received the "You're In" Email but having access issues

I got my official invitation, clicked on the link, logged on and seemingly got in with the "You're In" website. When I follow the "click here" link to the Firefly site, it presents options to generate images and text effects. But those don't actually work. The website just takes me to a generic site with an intro video and a "request access" button. Any idea what's amiss here?

We have identified that some users who used social signup (Apple, Google, Facebook) to create or access their Adobe account are unable to access Firefly. To quickly remedy this issue, please create a new Adobe account using an email address/password (not one of the social signin options). Once you have created your new account, please fill out the form again and provide the email address associated with your new account. We will process these

I'm having the exact same problem (corp license). Tried both personal (user) and admin account without success to generate anything in Firefly (Yes, I got the mail I'm in and I use the correct email)

Same here , got the email , no access .  checked the email address, cleared cookies ect ,,  no luck..

Hello, I've got the 'You're In' email too, but I had to register and I think I may have messed up by using 'Sign In with Apple ID', but I changed the email to the same one I requested access for but still can't get in.

I am also experiencing a similar issue. I have received an invitation, however, when I go to the Adobe Firefly page, I am not able to access the tool. Could you please assist?

Hi,

 

I just get a blank page when I click the email link, right email, no blocking, all cookies allowed. I can see it is loading a few different 'oh no' images but they dont display.

Same issue here! Tried logging out, resetting cache and removing cookies on Chrome and Firefox.

Got my You're in Email but I may have registered in my email that didn't have an Adobe account. So I signed up to adobe with this email and it says "request access" still.
