Received the "You're In" Email but having access issues

I got my official invitation, clicked on the link, logged on and seemingly got in with the "You're In" website. When I follow the "click here" link to the Firefly site, it presents options to generate images and text effects. But those don't actually work. The website just takes me to a generic site with an intro video and a "request access" button. Any idea what's amiss here?

We have identified that some users who used social signup (Apple, Google, Facebook) to create or access their Adobe account are unable to access Firefly. To quickly remedy this issue, please create a new Adobe account using an email address/password (not one of the social signin options). Same problem. I'm logging in with the same E-mail that Adobe sent the "you're in" message to.

And Discord access doesn't work either. Following that link, you have to create a new user ID... but then you can't post until you "claim" it. It presents a dialog box to do that, but when you use the aforementioned E-mail address you're told it's "already registered." And there's no way to simply "log in with existing account."

I two got an email confirmation but can't acces the firefly beta. Maybe because the email i received whas not on my adobe-account email. Could you send me a dm with more details on how to enter Firefly? 🙂

I too am unable to access the site as I should be able to. I got the welcome email, clicked the link, signed in with the email  I requested access with, and I'm still asked to request access before I can do anything.

I received notification that I was in. But there was no button or anything to access it. Where do I go to access the beta? I was only given a link to the support community, an FAQ, and the Discord.

To tell the truth I have requested access with and received invitation at: marco.rizzati@gmail.com, I used to be administrator of several VIPs but no more and I'm currently logged in with my wife's account: sandrapalmieri2020@gmail.com

If you have received the "You're In" email but are unable to access Firefly, please check that the email you logged in with is the same email you requested access with.

 

  • You must have an Adobe ID associated with the email address you provided. If you have confirmed this and are still experiencing access issues, please fill out this form.
  • If you have received the "You're In" email but provided the incorrect email address, please request access to Firefly using the correct email address.
  • If you have not received the "You're In" email, your access request will be processed in the order it was received. In the meantime, you can explore the site and gallery on https://firefly.adobe.com
