Adobe Substance 3D Viewer (Beta)

Hello all!  Thank you so much for your time participating in the public beta of Substance 3D Viewer.  The team has learned a lot and has made the decision to remove Substance 3D Viewer at this time. I cannot see how to change the default settings so that setting are preserved for a group of files. Such as Product Image generation

When I drop the 3d object on the photoshop screen, it gives the warning “something went wrong opening your 3d file” also i have already installed and opened Substance Viewer 3D Beta same time with photoshop beta.  

Hello,I’m encountering a persistent issue when launching Adobe Substance 3D Viewer (Beta). As soon as I open the application, I get an error popup saying:“Sorry, something went wrong. This is likely an issue at our end, but it could be that you're not connected to the internet. Hello, I have a problem with Photoshop beta and 3d beta. I have them both but they are not connected and I can not upload a 3d model, as well as to send from 3d viewer to Photoshop.Last versions, Windows, drag and drop obj file in Photoshop beta app

Is it possible to add new materials in the "default material" librairy?or could it be possible to load a complete new librairy? Many Thanks

Sometimes 3D Cad files exported in "Step" file ormat may contain some appearance applied to parts. it looks like when opened in Substance 3D Viewer you may view them and you can export it in GLB format and it's fine.But when you apply another aspect from the "Default Library" a "metal one particularly" it add the color to the color parameter of the part. it don't overide it. even if the look is good in Sb.view of the Step in Sbafter applying "titanium"the glb viewed in Sandbox.babylonjs

Every time I import my object into GLTF, the application closes and displays an error report to send, one out of ten times. My PC doesn't seem to have any RAM issues. Do you have any solutions?

Hi, I have been a part of early beta and I was missing out for a bit. Today I though substance viewer is good starting point for some characters turnaround poses and went I went to an app I found out it's unresponsive:  Sorry, something went wrong. This is likely an issue at our end, but it could be that you’re not connected to the internet. Please check your internet connection and then try again later. If you’re still having issues, please see our troubleshooting guide. Error code: 10000 Toggling back version did helped but then I am unable to export to photoshop 

I created something using the 3d ai tool and whenever i export it trying any file type, the file becomes empty. what can i do??

 Hi, I really need help with this issue, I downloaded both the Substance 3D Viewer and Photoshop (beta), and whenever I try to open a 3d file, nothing seems to appear, it's just a blank screen with the grid lines but nothing shows there, I tried rendering an image to see if the software is able to read the object but isn't able to make it appear at the viewing stage for some reason and the render showed the object which proves my theory. Note: I've tried dragging a file into the screen and opening it from the main menu, but nothing seems to work. // App Version: 0.20.0 On the other hand when I open Photoshop (beta) and import a file as a smart object, it shows up as an empty layer,. Could not find the post where we are supposed to reply so I created one   

I opted to go a little bit farther.As some of you know I love Cyberpunk 2077.Using Substance 3D Viewer Beta, I created a futuristic motorcycle.I then positioned the motorcycle at a slight angle.Next in "3D Model To Image"... to give it the full NIGHT CITY effect!

  I completed the challenge and posted the corresponding image on FB and Insta. It was also tagged. However, the export function didn’t work. Only the generated vehicle was visible, but not the background. I worked around this by copying the image via the clipboard into Photoshop and saving it as a PNG. Despite the error, it’s a cool program!

Here's my first experience with Substance 3D. I found the process relatively easy.  My first model (and subsequent one) had some defects. Would be nice to be able to fix the defects without having to generate a new model. Attempt 1Attempt 2
