Audition won't even download - now what?

Hey guys,

I subscribed the Audition one year/ 50 days flex option today but when I want to download it, I am told my MacBook Air OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 doesn't meet the system requirements - even for the April 2017 release. I actually wouldn't know what requirement that should be?!
Can someone help? What do I need  to do?

    Yes it seems that you need at least OSX 10.11 I'm afraid.

    As far as I understand you can use the Non-October 2017 Audition release for OSX 10.10. But still, it won't work.
    Do I need to install Creative Cloud first? Do I need that? Sorry for being such a N00b.
