Power point + Pn 11 freezes constantly at audio Sync

Hello all

Presenter 11. Windows 10 and MSOffice 2013.  Presenter working apparently correctly. but during a section of Audio and slides sync PPT freezes and stop working. this is a constant problem.

Error message says that Power Point is facing problems with the Presenter addin.

Someone mention that Presenter does not work fine with Kaspersky (anti-viurs)  running in the backgrouns. Some help?
