This isn't possible, as the uploaded content folder for each room is only populated with content that was uploaded to the room.

If there is a common set of objects that you need to be available to every room, I would recommend creating a folder, or folders, for it in the Shared Content library. There you can make it publicly viewable or viewable to a group that needs it, and they can access it from the Share pod in their room(s).
