f you are using any of these combinations, you will have problems checking cloud files and synchronizing Adobe Fonts.
Running the desktop application with administrator privileges may work around this issue, but it is not a sure thing.

The problem does not occur if the OS user account name is one-byte alphanumeric characters, even on the same PC.
The problem occurs for accounts with other strings of characters.
This problem has been occurring quite often in Japanese-language environments recently.
(This problem is less likely to occur in English-speaking countries.)
However, it seems to be happening even for Spanish users.
*We had a similar problem with Photoshop Ver. 25 Beta (which has been resolved in the official version), so there may be a similar effect.

これらの組み合わせを利用している場合、クラウドファイルの確認やAdobe Fontsの同期ができない問題が発生します。
デスクトップアプリケーションを管理者権限で起動すると回避できる場合がありますが、確実ではありません。

同じPCであっても、OSのユーザーアカウント名が半角英数字であれば問題は起きません。
それ以外の文字列のアカウントでは発生します。
この問題はここ最近、日本語環境でかなり多く発生しています。
（英語圏では発生する可能性が低い問題です）
ただしスペイン語利用の方でも起きているようです。
※Photoshop Ver.25 Betaで同様の問題が起きましたので（正式版では解消済み）、類似の影響があるかもしれません。
