Bonjour,

it's already been moved twice. and is in a better (for getting replies) forum.
does the launch screen remain, or does the app appear to crash?

Thank you for your reply. The launch screen was frozen (it remain) with no error message or anything. I had to stop the launch task. The software works now but I don't really know why. Either way, that's good. In any case, after each update, when I want to launch Adobe XD it freezes on launch (like the capture I sent previously). Usually I have to restart the computer for the software to work. I have seen on the forum that this problem has been brought up several times. Will this problem be solved?
Thank you

glad to hear it's resolved with a computer restart. as for the future, my guess is you won't see anything different with future releases unless and until you update your computer. but that's a guess. i don't really know.

This morning I had to restart my computer several times and even with a computer update it didn't work.
Maybe there was a block on the computer indeed. But now it is solved.
But I think that for Adobe XD, the problem will happen again with your future software updates. Because this problem happens very often in my case (especially on this software).
Thanks
