Flash Player Update won't install on MacBook Air (OS 10.11.6)

This happens several times with various OS Updates.  Usually, I can eventually force Flash Player updates to finally install; however, this tis tie when i download it and hit the install, It does nothing but give this black screen and nothing happens.  I'm pretty frustrated that it won't install.  My NAV is set to accept Flashplayer updates so that isn't the problem.

I uploaded the logs as requested yesterday, but I've not heard backfire anyone.

Hi,

We are looking into the logs. For now you can use the offline installer available at Installation problems | Flash Player | Mac still having problems section.

Thanks!

I'm still waiting for a solution.....  This is really getting to be pretty ridiculous...   I keep getting notices to update and the same thing happens overtime....  "Adobe Acrobat Failed to Install"

Hi,

Are you using any proxy server settings? Additionally could you provide us with few log files that would help us debug. Please go through the FAQ Where do I find the Flash Player installation log on the Macintosh? and provide the Adobe_GDE.log, Adobe_ADM.log and FlashInstall.log files. Upload the files to cloud.acrobat.com/send using the instructions at How to share a document and post a link here.

Thanks!
