イラストレーターを保存していたのにファイルが開かない

ローカルにあるファイルを扱っているのかと思いますが、その表示はファイル自体が壊れているときに表示されるものです。

Illustrator形式ファイルというのはPGFというIllustratorネイティブの部分と、他のアプリケーションが配置したり表示したりするためのPDFの部分から成り立っています。

その状態はネイティブ部分が読み取れないことからPDF部分を読み込んでネイティブ分を再現しようと試みている状態です。

PDF部分を読み込もうとしているので、当然テキストが分割されたり、オブジェクトが一部画像に落ちたりしてしまいます。

同じファイルで起こるのであればバックアップと差し替えたり、新たに作り直す等の処置が必要です。特定のファイルに限らず、頻発するようならストレージがおかしくなっている可能性があるのでハードウェアのチェックも必要です。
