What I could understand is that the dimensions of your file don't match. Can you please tell us step by step what you have set up in Illustrator and what is the exported result?
And in order to rule out that it's an error on the software side: how do you measure this? Do you use Acrobat for opening the PDF?
نعم قمت بإصداره في Illustrator وقمت بحفظه ملف PDF واريد ارساله الى المطبعة لكن المطبعة وجدت الملف ليس بنفس الابعاد التي كنت اعمل عليها .. و طبعاً انا ايضاً قمت بفتح الملف على الفوتوشوب و وجدت الابعاد غير صحيحة ؟
Don't open the PDF in Photoshop, that won't help you in any way.
You have to set up the file in exactly the dimensions the printer needs. Then export the PDF as to their specifications. This shouldn't change the measurements.
Can you perhaps show screenshots of the setup in Illustrator and then what Acrobat tells you in the file info?
