3D Inflate won't render (greyed out)

Hello!

I've been using the 3D inflate option for a while, mainly for designing posters. After the text I've put an example of what I did before - draw a square, insert text and inflate. I did it before and I've also seen tutorials where people did it. But a few days ago when I select the square and the text together - it inflates it but the render option is greyed out. When I click on the text it has the option to render - same with the square, but when I select them both to get the wanted design it's suddenly greyed out. Help please!

Can you please take a screenshot with the complete interface that displays this issue?

Hello - here's the screenshot after I've selected both the text and the shape. Render option is greyed out but when I click on either the text or shape it appears. I've tried creating outlines out of the text to see if it'll work but it doesn't. I used to be able to render it before. Screen.png

You need to first group those objects, and only then apply the 3D effect. It will then be applied to the group.

You need to first delete the 3D effect from both objects. Then group them. Then apply the 3D effect.
