Can not open AI file located on the cloud

I have tried all the ways to open it but I can not manage also can not download at all

This issue is fixed in AI 25.1 update available in Creative Cloud Desktop

Hi, My AI version is 25.3.1 the latest one, still having this issue.

Hi Srishti,

 

I having same issue, cant open the ai file from cloud. before 1 hour i still can open it, after restart my pc, i cant open anymore. all cloud files cant open.

My this problem was solved by Adobe support, they remoted my laptop so everything solved.
