Can't print whole segment in "Do Not Scale"

Hello,

I am trying to print a large image in segments, so I have selected "Do Not Scale." The preview window on shows only a portion of what should be visible (picture below).  I have tried this on two different printers, and also as a pdf: always the same thing.

If I try to print it as "Fit to Page" the entire image is visible. I haven't yet figured out a way to pirnt that way and manually scale it up, or I would...
