Exported .png shows text overflow symbol in the graphic

I have some text boxes that are within some graphics I'm exporting as .png files (using the File > Export for Screens command). When I export the image, it actually contains the in-app UI symbol that's meant to show overflow text. This should not be happening, any idea why? (actual exported .png attached)
