Exporting png file

Trying to export a png from Illustrator. Been doing this process for years and now with the new update, I keep getting this error message. Thoughts anyone?

You are zoomed out pretty much maximal. So how large is the file and how large is the object? Is this perhaps a Large Canvas file?

It is 9226 x 7141 px

What resolution do you set for export?

This would give you a huge file. So Illustrator just can't handle the size. Are you sure you need ot that large? Which pixel dimensions do you need for the PNG?

This is a file I did last year and saved that large and needed to make a correction to re export the file.

I do need it and have done it this large for the final product

I just tried 1X, 2X, 3X (288ppi). 3X failed.
