Illustrator could partially read this file Mac mini M1

Hi I'm having this problem with almost all my files in Illustrator, when I open a file this message appears "Illustrator could partially read this file" and then when it opens it all flatten with no layers, and broken text. I have been working on an M1 Mac Mini with no problems since January, but this last week this problem it's taking me too much time redoing all illustrator files. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? I´ve been working in Illustrator Beta for M1 and in Illustrator 25... Thanks.

Hi Ali, thanks for your response, I´ve already try that, and I still have the same problem! I went from 25.4.1 to 25 with no luck!

Exactly where do you save your files?

Hi Monika, I save them in the Desktop, and then I put the files in folders and save them in a external SSD. But no matter where the file is, it gives me the same problem when I open it. Actually I sent the file to an older iMac with Airdrop, and it had the same problem.

Could it be an issue with your disk?

And when did you last reboot the computer?

Hi try to reset your preferences or if you have updated to latest version then it is better to revert back...regards
