Hello, I have a problem that I can't seem to solve in any way. I'm not sure if it's a general settings issue, a display problem, or something else. I'm attaching photos to be as clear as possible. Whenever I create an object, whether it's a font converted to outlines or a shape, the edges are never well-defined and crisp. They always appear jagged, as if the elements are damaged.

Please try View > CPU preview

Thank you very much!! Now I see everything perfectly, but the PC is noticeably slower. Why am I having this display issue? In the past, I have never worked in CPU preview, but with this 'display error,' it's really challenging to be precise, especially in logo design

You can check if there is an update to your graphic card driver. Or maybe you could check out if you are already using the Studio driver. Illustrator does not like gaming drivers. a lot.
But you can also use the GPU preview as long as you do not need the precision and only switch to CPU preview when absolutely needed. To check something or the like.

You're welcome.
It will continue to be a race between Illustrator, operating systems and graphic card drivers. Any update to one of them can break the whole thing.

I have performed all kinds of updates, both software and hardware. The error continues to occur, the file is perfect only when I work on CPU.

OK, it's impossible to update just the graphic card drivers on Mac OS. You can try and report it as a bug here: https://illustrator.uservoice.com (include system and hardware specifications)
But that won't mean that it gets fixed immediately. If at all possible. As I said: it's a constant race
