Hi, since a couple of days loading of our published documents is extremely slow. Has anybody else experienced this and, if so, is this an Adobe server issue? Maintenance? Docs that were previously loading in a sec now take almost ten to half a minute to load... Fingers crossed this is temporarily and quickly resolved.

I think it's definitely working a lot better than it did but it seems certain users are still finding loading times to be slower than they were prior to the outage.

What I’ve noticed since I first reported issue 43 days ago, is that
sometimes, components don’t load fully, meaning you have to go out of the
page, then back again to get to fully load

I'm not talking for anyone else, but for me this has always been a very random issue. I think it will be hard to replicate. For some reason, randomly items just don't load.. then other times they will. Only way to fix is go back a page and then reload the page.

This is very true. Sometimes I find a page background image or gif doesn't load and you have to go back a page and then back onto it.

this, but where animation starts, am getting a pre- appearance of the
object flashing up before the animation starts.

Hi there Rishabh,

Do we need to do anything to have the fix deployed to our documents? Documents that used to be speedy, are still loading very slow as of 5 minutes ago. Do we need to re-export them?

Yes, I’m still finding there’s a long delay when opening documents,
reported this to Rishab, but no reply. Adobe has a fairly basic issue that
I hoped they’d fixed, but issue definitely still there.
Publish Online used to be blazingly fast to open docs, but now goes off to
have a think about it before they open. One single pager today took 19
seconds!!!!!

Adobe really do seem deaf to this issue of slow document loading

Sorry, yes you did, but I really don’t agree with what you said because
logic tells me that the issue is with the publish online server setup, not
with the release version.
So, every time I open a PO document, there’s a great big pause before it
opens. I wouldn’t have thought it’s the AWS cloud because from what I’ve
read, they have the best cloud hosting infrastructure in the world.
But Adobe NEVER respond to this question about PO server setup????

@Rishabh_Tiwari
The links do load faster a now, so thank you for that.

I still though have a problem with the publishing itself.
It's just keeps stuck on here: 'preparing you document to be published online..."

Can you look at this? Because it's preventing me from working and giving out the treatment to the clients.Screenshot 2022-10-12 at 14.49.28.png
