Hi,

Idon't know if you can help me here but I got a strange behavior. I wanted to try out your Android App (Version 9.0.1) created an account and now everytime I load up a picture it shows totally blue. I can edit it and export it then everything is fine. Same if I try to take a screenshot. In the screenshot all fine. I don't know what's happening.

Is it possible that's a feature of the free version?

Can you help? 😊

Thanks.

Mike

Please update to Lightroom Mobile for Android version 9.1.1 as soon as it is available in your App Store (note - it may take a few days to appear).

Thank you for your patience.

It did work for me but this may decrease the battery life and some apps may crash

Whenever I open an image it turns into negative type of image like total blue color. If I take a screenshot it shows normal image.

I'm having the exact same issue, on the pixel 8 pro. Is it an update problem?

Sounds like an issue with the Pixel 8 specifically.

There was an update to Camera Raw (16.1) - try upgrading to Photoshop 25.3 and see if it helps.

It says I'm all up to date with updates. This problem has only started happening today.

What version Photoshop are you using?

YOu can always try to install a previous version of Camera Raw - most likely it sounds like an update to the phone affected the color space applied to the images.

I see that a new version has been released, has this problem been fixed?

The problem is not fixed in Android 14 QPR2 beta2 either.
Is it possible that the problem is on the GPU driver side?

Suddenly there seems to be an annoying color inversion of photos when trying to edit in Android.

The photo appears normal in gallery, but as soon as I begin to edit it, it switches to an inverted color scheme, making editing impossible.

I'm on a Pixel 8 Pro. Android version 14. LR version 9.0.1. The most recent update of Nov 2, 2023.

Same here, I have Pixel 8. Disable HW overlay in Android Developer Options has to be turn on and than it's ok. But it is quite important bug, because it seems widely spread across Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro devices and needs to be fixed
