P: (Android 14) Blue or Negative Images

Hi,  

Idon't know if you can help me here but I got a strange behavior. I wanted to try out your Android App (Version 9.0.1) created an account and now everytime I load up a picture it shows totally blue. I can edit it and export it then everything is fine. Same if I try to take a screenshot. In the screenshot all fine. I don't know what's happening.

Is it possible that's a feature of the free version?

Another datapoint here with tbe Pixel 8 Pro. Noticed the issue yesterday. All photos on my app have colours inverted/appearing negative.

Same issue for me using pixel 8... the issue is only happening when it is displaying the image. When you export it looks fine, but it makes it impossible to edit with the inverted colors.

Hello. Yes, confirming that I also have a Pixel 8 Pro and with everything updated to the latest version this is happening to me and renders Lightroom mostly unusable for now.

Guys, this is not serious. There are a lot of people who complain about the same problem and you don't have a fix.

Pixel 8 pro is not some random phone.

I haven't seen anything from your developers in Google's forums so you are either working on a fix or completely ignoring paying customers ...

I am experiencing this issue too. 

When I screen record or take a screenshot, the recording or screenshot show the correct colours but when I view my screen the colours are inverted. 

It makes the app all but redundant. I'm a paying subscriber too, I expect a fix or will be contracting customer service. 

You can see the issue in the attached images. One is a screenshot and the other is the image I see on my phone, using my partners phone to take the picture.

I have the latest version of Android, and Lightroom 9.0.1 - they are still blue...do you know how we can flag this to Adobe? There are several forums on this issue now.

For the last week or two, every time I start to edit a photo it reverts into blue hues. 

I have to click on the image and wait for it to revert to normal colors, if it does at all, to see what my edit looks like. 

I've been using Lightroom mobile for 4 years or so and never had this issue. 

Is it an Adobe issue or my phone?

I am having a same issue. But when I use app in landscape mode the image looks normal but when rotate your mobile to portrait it will go to negative.

I have tried reinstalling the app but didn't work out. It is frustrating to use it in landscape mode

Pixel 8 Pro ... blue problem.  O problem on Pixel 7, Pixel 6,  iphone. I've been using Android 14 since it came out. Yesterday, Dec 17, Lightroom worked perfectly in the morning and went blue someone during the day. I did notice the Lightroom posted an update on the desktop. Did you roll I've it yesterday to Android? Interesting side not, when I push slightly on the very bottom of the screen, "before" pops up and the blue is gone. I've also noted that if I leave the blue version up in edit, it occasionally flickers back to normal.

I have downgraded to the previous version of Lightroom, V8. 5.2. With this version there is no problem.

Same. Issue here on pixel 8 pro.

I checked all display settings and dev options.

Weirder yet is when ya screen shot an image it displays normally. It only inverts the actively shown picture.

Sorry Kevin, that doesn't solve the problem for me either.  I'm on LR version 9.1 and Android 14.  The problem only started today 18th Dec.  I'm on an Australian network, so may have been slower on the software updates.  But it appears to have started since my Pixel 8 Pro was updated to android 14
