Bonjour,

Bonjour @arnaudb25922269

Does the album also include video?  There is a known issue where local storage sync for an album downloads images, but cannot finish sync of the video.  Lightroom iOS team is working on that.  I can not say when the problem will be resolved.

Greetings all,

Updates for Adobe Photography products began rolling out Monday night, December 12th,  The updates contain a fix for this issue.

If you do not see the update in your Creative Cloud Application, you can refresh it by hitting [Ctrl/Cmd]+[Alt/Opt]+[ R ].

Note: It may take up to 24 hours for your update to be available in your Creative Cloud app.

Thank you for your patience.

Hello @arnaudb25922269

I think this is due to recent updates that allow video editing in Lightroom.  The LR iOS team is actively working on a fix.

I use Lightroom on my Mac, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPad Pro. I have my Mac set to store all images locally, but the iOS version does not have the option. So I have set up an album to store locally. All images download without issue, but the videos will never finish "storing locally," any ideas?

LATEST

Seems the issue came back with version 9.0.1

Can someone please confirm?

For me an album can't finish with store locally once it contains a video.

Moving out the videos into an album which is not stored locally is the workaround I am using right now.

Hope Adobe is fixing this anyoing issue soon.
