P: (Windows) "Choose Copy Settings to Edit" shortcut not working

The "Copy all" keyboard shortcut is not working properly (ctrl+shift+c). Normally when I pressed the shortcut, the "Copy all" dialog box would open. Now when I press it, nothing happens, and then it must be pressed a second time for the dialog box to open. This was never an issue until roughly two updates ago from the current version.

This error occurs no matter which action is active. From the edit panel, masking, healing, etc... Pressing the shortcut makes the screen flicker, then pressing it again finally causes the shortcut to work. Hopefully this bug can be corrected.

Working on a PC, Windows 11, Lightroom (cloud based), latest version of Lr. All PC updates are current, and this error also occurs on my home PC, which is a brand new Alienware that is also fully updated.

Updates for the Adobe Photography Products have been released.  The October 2023 updates contain a fix for this issue. 

If you do not see the update in your Creative Cloud Application, you can refresh it by hitting [Ctrl/Cmd]+[Alt/Opt]+[ R ].

Note: It may take up to 24 hours for your update to be available in your Creative Cloud app.

Excellent, thank you for submitting this issue. It's a bit panic inducing to spend an hour or two tuning an image, then hit the "copy all" shortcut and nothing happens. I always worry that the program just crashed and I lost everything! I look forward to the fix in the next update (hopefully!)

I am able to replicate on Win 10 but not on Mac. I've logged a bug. Thank you for your report.
