画像の建物の色を薄緑から白に変更したい

薄緑色の壁の建物の写真を撮って来ました。

壁を範囲選択した後、色の置き換えツールで白に変更しようとしたところ、

壁の色がグレーになってしまいます。

赤、黄などその他の色は問題なく再現できるのですが、白の壁は表現できません。

白壁にする方法をご存知の方がいらっしゃいましたら、ご教示頂きたいです。

The Color Replacement Tool is worthless for serious work and you should disregard it completely in my opinion.

Adjustment Layers with Layer Masks will likely produce more meaningful results.

Anyway, white is not actually a color in the sense of having a hue or saturation.

調整レイヤーとレイヤーマスクを駆使して表現する方が良いということですね。

One can for example combine a Cirves Layer to edit the brightness and a Hue/Saturation Layer to change the hue.

But one needs to make a fairly good Layer Mask to get a good result.

Could you please post the image in question (or a part of it)?
